Trenchless Pipe Bursting RAMs
Our founder was a pioneer, perfecting these machines to be both cost effective and durable. Our RAMs are light weight – can easily be handled by one person, and are made to be rugged and dependable. We offer several sizes capable of up to 40 ton pulls and up to 7,500 PSI. We also carry a line of accessories and wear parts in many sizes. Each RAM comes with a 1 year material and manufacturing warranty from date of purchase for products used for their intended purpose.
30 Ton RAM Specs:

Post Tensioning Construction RAMs
We specialize in the manufacture of post-tensioning hydraulic rams and jacks utilized in the construction of modern concrete, reinforced concrete, concrete and steel structures. RAM Hydraulic Manufacturing is a national and international provider for rams and jacks required in the construction projects requiring concrete and steel stressing, pre-stressing techniques and processes. All products are manufactured to ASME safety standards for Hydraulic Jacks.
We offer 18 & 24 Ton RAMs, featuring twin jacks for increased stability and tensile strength. Each jack weighs approximately 60 pounds and has a footprint of 27 x 9 x 6. Each RAM has the PSI capability of 7,500 max.
As well we do offer custom applications up to 100 Ton RAMs. Call us if you have a need for a larger size, or a custom application such as multi-strand, bar stressing, dead end or center hole rams.
We do also carry a selection of replacement parts and accessories for our standard size RAMs. Please call us for availability on Grippers, Slotted Chucks, Hand Seating Tools and other items as needed.

Bursting Heads
One of the most important parts of a pipe bursting system is your bursting head. Made to be pulled through existing pipes that are potentially blocked with damaging debris and other materials, our Bursting Heads are made from quality hardened tool steel. They are built to withstand abrasion and higher tension pulls.
